A Commerce post graduate having 17 years’ experience in financial management. Before this venture, Biji was handling her house hold establishments. She has in depth knowledge in managing end to end accounts & finance function, taxation, auditing, finalization budgeting & forecasting, consolidation, daily cash flow management and project funding.
With her invaluable expertise, Biji has played a pivotal role in structuring Unidad’s administration, HR, and financial policies, acting as a key figure in the company’s overall growth and development. Her unwavering dedication and tireless efforts have enabled the company to maintain a firm grip on its finances, and navigate the complex financial landscape with ease.
Dr. Gigi Joseph

A Medical Doctor by profession having vast experience in Administration of various large hospitals in India and abroad since last 24 years namely Lakeshore, Muthoot Medical Mission, Dr. Moopens, Al Shifa Super Speciality Hospital Perintalmanna and KIMs are the few.
Dr. Gigi’s academic qualifications are equally impressive, having earned an MD in Hospital Administration from the renowned Manipal Medical College in Karnataka after completing his MBBS. He is the fourth son of the late Mr. V.V Joseph, a former MLA of the Muvattupuzha constituency, and the elder brother of Mr. Jeethu Joseph, a renowned film director known for the critically acclaimed movie “Dhrishyam.”

As a visionary, Jitto Joseph played a significant role in the maturation of the AIS140 standard in collaboration with CDAC and ARAI.
As the architect of the company’s success, Jitto Joseph is responsible for the complete end-to-end solution architecture and product design of each and every Unidad product and solution. He obtained his education from Acharya Institute of Technology under Bangalore University.
Being an Electronics and Telecommunication professional, he is intricately involved in every product that Unidad has to offer. His exceptional vision and unparalleled passion towards Telematics have made Unidad a well-known name in the industry, making it an established company in the market of implementing CMVR 125H in India.

VP Corporate Affairs
An experienced IT Professional consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of corporate affairs and stakeholder management. Responsible for leading Corporate Affairs initiatives, including government relations, stakeholder engagement, public relations, corporate social responsibility, and reputation management.
Holds a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from Mahatma Gandhi university.
